Cajun Shrimp – St. Paul Grill Special

Cajun Seasoning
Large Fresh Shrimp (Peeled and de-veined, Tail On)
Rice Wine Vinegar
Honey
White Wine

Dip shrimp in spices, and place into a very hot pan with olive oil.

Blacken one side of shrimp then start sauce (equal parts Rice Wine Vinegar, Honey and White Wine)

Cook again in very hot pan until sauce thickens, flip shrimp to cook other side.

Serve Immediately
