Cheese Ball

2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple (12 oz.), drained
2 cups chopped pecans, divided
¼ cup chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt

Soften cream cheese, gradually stir in crushed pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Chill well.
Form into a ball and roll in remaining nuts. Serve with assorted crackers.
Makes 1 cheese ball.
