Fillet of Sole with Mushrooms and Bread

8 fillets of sole
½ lb mushrooms, washed/sliced
½ cup bread crumbs
½ cup water
1 lemon (juice only)
3 tbsp. butter
Season to taste

Preheat oven to 400.

Put the fillets of sole in a small buttered baking dish.

Season to taste.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Add mushrooms, water, butter and lemon juice.

Bake in hot oven for about 10 minutes.

Makes 6-8 servings.
