Pulled Pork Sliders

I winged it w/ the pulled pork. Here it goes:

Cut loin (2-3lbs) in half, salt and pepper both sides, pan fry on high heat to get a little char

Place in slow cooker, add approx 1 small can chicken broth and about 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
Cook on “low” ~ 6 hours

Remove pork to cutting board and shred w/ forks or by hand if cool enough

Drain leftover liquid from slow cooker, but save it – i.e. in Tupperware

Return pork to slow cooker and add some of the liquid back in (and / or a little more BBQ sauce) until it seems about right!
