1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 cup water
¼ cup heinz ketchup
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon of dried mustard
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 hamburger buns, split

In a sauce or a large skillet put on medium-high heat, sauté the ground beef for 5 minutes. Add the onion, red bell pepper, green pepper, and 2 cloves of minced garlic; sauté for 5 more minutes, or until onion is tender. Drain the fat.
Mix in tomato paste and water, stirring until paste is dissolved. Stir in ketchup, garlic, chili powder, paprika, vinegar, oregano, dried mustard, salt and pepper.
Add brown sugar 10 minutes before stirring. (If you add it too early it may burn)
