1 French Baguette, thinly sliced
8 oz. round of Brie, with rind
1 jalapeno, chopped
1/4 cup apricot preserves
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Mix jalapeno, apricot preserves and pecans together in bowl.
Cut brie round into 2 layers. Spread half of the mixture on top of 1 layer of brie, stack the 2nd layer on top, and spread remaining mixture
Arrange baguette slices on baking stone around the brie. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
