Not to be yelled in a crowded room, but Cooking Club fire was a flaming blast! Another great idea ushered in by the master of mayhem himself, Paul. Here we can see the man attempting to lightly char Amelie.
Every food had to be prepared with flame in some way, and amazingly enough, everyone made it out with their eyebrows intact. We were lucky enough to sample several excellent recipes, including:
- Grilled New Potatoes with a Red Pepper Crust
- Fire Roasted Artichokes with Herb Aioli
- Pots of Gold Brie
- Grilled Shrimp with Habanero-Garlic Vinaigrette
- Tequila Shrimp
- Flaming Fruit
- Roasted Red Bell Pepper Creme Brulee
- Coffee Blazer (to finish it all off)
