Not only did we get to enjoy the fun of the great outdoors on this year’s Memorial weekend camping trip, we also were lucky enough to sample some delicious camping cuisine during our Cooking Club – Camping event! Lots of delicious food made an appearance, a plethora of salads complimented the BBQ lettuce wraps and were deliciously washed down with fresh-squeezed lemonade and were topped off with a baked-in-the-wild chocolate cake with cherries and freshly hand-made vanilla ice cream; an amazing feat in and of itself!
