1 package Super Size or Burrito Tortillas
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped green olives
1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper

Remove tortillas from refrigerator, let stand at room temperature for at least 15 minutes.
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on tortillas. Sprinkle with approximately 1 tablespoon each onion, olives and peppers.
Tightly roll up tortilla, wrap individually in plastic wrap, repeat for all tortillas.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
To serve, cut into 3/4” diagonal slices.
Makes 48-50 slices
