3 tbsp oil
1 medium white onion
1 smaller green pepper
2 cans black beans
4 cloves crushed garlic
2tbsp Worcestershire
tabasco to taste
salt & pepper to taste

Dice the onion and green pepper, sauté in pan with the oil for about 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Serve with white rice.
