¼ Cup Brown Sugar
2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs beaten (use pasteurized eggs for food safety)
2 Cups powdered sugar
2 sticks butter
1 pt of strawberries (mashed)
1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 tub cool whip
Mix crust ingredients, and pat into a 9 x 13 pan
Cream sugar and butter, add eggs, and beat on high speed for 15 minutes
Pour on top of crust.
Layer bananas, strawberries , and crushed pineapple as follows:
- Slice bananas to cover the butter/sugar layer.
- Pour mashed strawberries over bananas. - pour crushed pineapple over the strawberries.
- Top with cool whip.
Chill and serve cold.
