Mango Ice Cream

2 cups chopped mangoes
2 teaspoons lime juice
½ cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup whipping cream
¼ cup honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Place mangoes and lime juice in food processor; process until smooth.
In medium bowl, whisk together sugar, milk, cream, honey and vanilla.
Add to pureed mango mixture; pulse until blended.
Refrigerate until chilled.
Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s directions.
