Skillet Sesame Chicken

3 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. finely chopped fresh garlic
2 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
¼ tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

In 10 inch skillet heat oil over medium high heat; stir in garlic. Place chicken breasts in hot oil. Cook, turning occasionally, until golden brown (8-10 minutes). Sprinkle with sesame seed, pepper and red pepper flakes. Continue cooking until chicken is fork tender (1-2 minutes). Sprinkle with parsley.
Makes 4 servings.
