Discovered in a torrential downpour at our campsite on Memorial Day 2008, with a Tornado touching down 20 iles away. Oh yeah, and it tastes great!
2 boxes spaghetti noodles
2 medium onions (chopped)
2 medium green peppers (chopped)
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 lb ground turkey
1 can (12 ounces) tomato paste
1 can (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes
1 can (14.5 ounce) crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp basil
2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp salt
Parmesan Cheese (to top)

Chop the onion and green pepper, then sweat them in a large pan using the olive oil (Until the onion turns slightly transparent), then set aside.
Brown the turkey then add the garlic, onion, green pepper, all cans of tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt and pepper to the pan. Simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
Cook the pasta following the package instructions, drain and serve up with sauce, topped with parmesan cheese.
Makes 10-14 servings.
