¾ lb. ground beef
4 cups homemade salsa (can be frozen)
1 can (12 oz.) pork & beans
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans Italian tomato soup
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
1 tsp. chili powder (or more to taste)

Brown ground beef and drain. Add all ingredients to a large pot. Bring to a slow boil, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching on bottom of pot. Reduce heat, and simmer for about 1 hour.
Note: Chile is usually better when heated and served the next day, once the spices have time to properly blend.
